Poker is a game of ability and strategy which requires a lot of effort and many hours of training in order to improve. However, the experts recommend enjoying this sport in moderation, as playing too long hours can affect negatively the players’ performance.
A good example of that can be seen at the big poker tournaments, as for instance the WSOP, which can last more than six weeks, and during which many players live exclusively for the game.
However, the experts on this field affirm that especially during those long tournaments it is advisable to take some time apart from the poker tables, because no one can be focused during such a long period. In that way, after each break, players can start giving its best again.
